Before You Begin
Make sure you have verified your account and set a password. You must be signed in and your account verified to submit a ticket.
Submitting a Ticket
- Sign in to the support portal.
- Click Submit a request at the top of the page.
- Select the appropriate organization (if you have more than one) and request categories from the dropdown menus.
- Enter a subject that briefly describes your issue.
- Enter a description with details about the problem, including any error messages, steps to reproduce, and the environment affected.
- Add attachments if relevant (screenshots, logs, etc.). The file size limit is 50 MB.
- (Optional) Add email addresses to the CC field to copy other users on the ticket.
- Click Submit.
As you enter your subject, suggested knowledge articles may appear that may provide further insights on your issue.
Next Steps
You and CC'd users will receive email notifications when your ticket is updated. You can also check the status of your ticket in the portal at any time. Review Access Your Existing Tickets to learn more.
