Viewing Your Tickets
- Click your profile icon in the top right corner of any page.
- Select Requests from the dropdown menu.
Managing Your Tickets
You will see all tickets you have submitted or have been CC'd on. If you belong to multiple organizations, you can view tickets from each organization.
From the Requests page, you can:
- View ticket details — Select any ticket to view its details.
- Filter tickets by status — Use the Status menu to show only open, pending, or solved tickets.
- Search your tickets — Enter a search term in the Search Requests box.
- Add comments — Open a ticket and add a comment to provide additional information.
